Descriptions:

The program that is presented in this CD is a response to the anxiety that these great musicians must present to the public the vast array of posibilities that this new ensemble offers. After ten years of enjoying musical experiences in concerts around Spain, England, France... this original duo has combined to show the art in their work that will serve as reference and inspiration to insturmentalists around the world.

They have united two instruments from two totally different families; the violoncello; that has a vast tradition in concert halls and ensembles; and the accordion that posseses a new repretoir that continues to expand, with sound and characteristics still to be discovered. Together they offer a totally fresh and renovated pitch, a musical bond full of texture and extreme intensities. The original pieces for this formation are mixed with bold arrangements from already respected composers from melancholy to passionate, from very intimate melodies to new tango... exploiting the extensive capacities of both insturments.
