A few words about the music: This traditional waltz is lilting when played at a spritely tempo, but can be haunting and lovely when played more slowly. This one-page arrangement includes three lines--melody, descant, and harmony--and can be played as a solo or ensemble on accordions or other instruments. It is bundled in a set of four pages: treble clef for C instruments, Bb transposition, alto/treble clefs for viola, and bass/tenor clefs for cello. Chords are given for guitar or accordion. |
