Notes from the Arranger:
kfremar305 That's The Limit:

The title is an expression that sort of says, “Wow!” This is a showy novelty work that begins with articulated octaves as the bass moves down the circle-of-fifths. It may sound complex, but on the accordion’s stradella system is quite easy to do.

The interruption of the alternating bass accompaniment with some accented syncopation lends an occasional surprise to the flow of the melodic idea. In the jazzy middle section, a few augmented chords serve to take the piece almost to “the limit.” This contemporary ternary structured composition ends as it should with a big splashy glissando.
